Hi, I am really pleased with the jeans I have purchased. However, whilst the delivery was timely the whole process felt a little bit 'outdated' . I ordered two pairs of jeans as I was not sure of the size & fit (Note - this is a really common scenario). Firstly, they arrived as two separate deliveries. Then after trying them on I decided to keep one & return the other. The return paperwork gave very limited options for reasons for the return. Finally I had to pay the cost of returns - as well as delivery. So basically I paid a total of £10 postage for the purchase of a pair of jeans costing £55! Is this good business for you & your customers?
