I ordered a beautiful white dress from house of Fraser. I picked the size and was very excited. However when I received the item it was a completely different shape, size and colour! Not even close to the dress I ordered. The only similarity is the brand. When I emailed house of Fraser about returning the item, they never replied whether they would be sending me the correct product I ordered! What poor customer service !
