I ordered a pair of ladies ankle boots from house of fraser. I was disappointed at check out to find I had to pay for carriage, but I liked the boots so much, I thought that it was worth it, subject to them being ok. How many other web sites do you have to pay carriage on purchases over £50. Not that many!!!!!! Unfortunately the boots didn't fit. I then found out that I had to pay carriage to send them back £6.57. Outrageous. It cost me a total of £11.56 to try on a pair of boots. I will never, ever buy anything from House of Fraser again.
