Customer service is very poor in communication and I had a 20 £ vouchers were not be able to apply it online !! They didn’t help me after that about it !There is no phone number to contact !!
Delivery very pricy and package is awful snd you have to pay for your return !!
It’s very bad compare to other stores in Uk such as Harrods , Selfridges And harvynichols.
