Order items then get an email to say out of stock
Send items with security tags in and the best advice they can offer is take it to a local supermarket and ask them to remove it!
Probably the only shop where you have to pay delivery (£4.99!) and pay for your own returns - even though you’re returning something that they didn’t remove the security tag on
