This was my first experience shopping online with House of Fraser and I am extremely disappointed. The coat I bought looked big on my husband, so we had to return it. House of Fraser only refunded the value of the coat, they did not refund the cost we had to pay for them to deliver the coat or for us to send it back. I do not understand how they expect customers to buy clothes online bearing in mind this extra cost. I am definitely not shopping with House of Fraser again.
