I have recently had an order with House of Fraser. Unfortunately I was sent not only the wrong colour product but also wrong size. I emailed the customer service but received no reply. It cost me over £10 to return the item in the manner I was advised so not only did I have to pay the delivery charge for the totally wrong item- I also had to pay to send it back! Very disappointing.
