I ordered an item from House Of Fraser and Hermes delivered it but the parcel was left on my doorstep and must have been taken as it was gone by the time I come to check. I have tried contacting HOF 5 times regarding this issue but they have not responded once.
I am totally disgusted with the lack of service from them and I will not be ordering from here again.
