The service received from HOF was good - I paid for next day delivery - they acknowledged the dispatch was ready and sent to delivery firm within a few hours - however, Hermes provided less than satisfactory service ( not the first time). The parcel arrived 3 days later rather than 24 hours. House of Fraser customer service department were apologetic and offered free postage and 10% off on my next order so they obviously care about their customers unlike their choice of delivery service.
