I’m afraid I have been put off buying very much and often things I really wanted to try due to the returns cost. Often buying from John Lewis instead. This is purely down to the return cost. I bought several hundred pounds of clothing recently but part had to go back due to size issue and cost me almost £24.00. It’s a regular comment from many people. Returns cost often is the deciding factor. Can you do anything about this. We try to buy exactly what we require but sometimes it doesn’t work out and if the item is heavy or large the return cost is too much
