I’ve placed an order for a pair of shoes and for a fleece, a day later I had an email to say the shoes are out of stock so it would be removed from the order. I’ve emailed customer service to request a cancellation of the fleece as I wasn’t looking to pay for £5 delivery for 1 item, I got a reply to say I cannot amend or cancel. So only house of Fraser can. This was the first and possibly the last time I’ve ordered from here, I understand if something is out of stock therefore it has to be removed from order, but to say that I as a customer cannot amend or cancel order it’s a bit to harsh. Anyway that’s just my opinion.
