Very disappointed as the offer described a free gift which wasn’t sent. I have emailed HOF but not received a reply except to provide me with tracking information which I clearly didn’t require. I will not send for any more offers on line but wait until stores are open and it is safe to travel to city centres. Until then I will unsubscribe from emails.
