Although the boots I purchased were good they were not what I was looking for, I have returned them as per instructions and receipt has been acknowledged. However I have not been reimbursed correctly. I paid with a voucher and the additional cost was covered by my credit card, my card payment has been reimbursed but the voucher has not.
Please can this oversight be rectified as soon as possible.
