I ordered a clutch bag and it arrived damaged. Attached to the bag was a tag noting the bag was damaged! You sent me a damaged item which is appalling. I will wait and see how you deal with it now but it has cost me to return the bag via post. I live in Ireland so I will get less refund for post than it cost. And the dreadful disappointment I felt is firmly associated with House of Fraser now. I feel it was shoddy behaviour to throw in a damaged item - you couldn’t have missed the tear or the tag.
