I cannot say enough good things. The package was supposed to be delivered at the end of the following week, but it arrived after 3 days of ordering it. It was a size too small even though I used the size guide and measured my foot. So, I used the pre-printed label, taped up the plastic bag it came in, went to the Post Office, near my home and sent it back with the exchange slip listing the size I need. It was received and processed within 2 days and on the 3rd day, I had it back on the same date as the original receiving date. That is impressive.
