Bought a purse for £54 and zip broke just 2 weeks after. Unable to get a reply from
customer services, tried the website, tried emailing, sent a letter no response.
Also chose a pair of gloves off the website when I ordered they took my money then said they were no longer available.
Can’t find a phone number to call them.
I always thought house of fraser was a well respected store.... not any more. They owe me over £80!
