Delivery charges would stop me making any further online orders. I was charged a £5 delivery charge, on a £284 order (7 items). Free returns are also not included, hence costing me a further £8.95 to return 3 of my items. I would expect Delivery charges to be free on any orders over £50 with free returns included (as per every other major retailer.)
