I have ordered a pant as a gift to my friend she received it with...the security Tag. Everyone makes mistakes but when you do you have to fix it properly, I'm gonna ask my friend to go to the shop with the invoice..come on... .answer of this company > ....... I am sorry to read that one of the items received has the security tag still attached. The item can be returned to any local store along with the invoice and they can remove the tag for you and we can refund the original p&p charge as a gesture of good will?
