The dress I purchased was perfect, however it had an American dress size label in it. So I thought I'd been sent a dress two sizes too small. I re-ordered the dress since I couldn't speak to House of Fraser quickly (only option was email). When I realised the labelling error I returned the duplicate dress, however had to pay £7.95 for return postage. I'm hoping this will be refunded by House of Fraser since they should make customers aware that Ralph Lauren items sold in the UK have US sizing.
