Ordered some items online. İ recieved it and one item was missing, it is going to be investigated so i am waiting to hear from them. the presentation box of my two items was poor. And the items were a gift i purchased, so i was going to repacked it in a different gift box to make it look fancy and i noticed one of the items had a hole which looked like the seam wasnt sewn properly so i had to return that. When i spoke to customer service they said no i cant return it because its mens underwear although it was faulty. The customer experience i had online was awful. İ will not prefer to shop again.
