I was asked by house of Fraser to write a review, this is whilst I have made a complaint.
I am still awaiting a response as to why a bottle of Aftershave was delivered broken.
At that moment I am being told they will not send a replacement nor do they care how it was broken.
The service received is totally shocking from a established business.
