I ordered 2 Ester Lauder products as instructed for a free gift as advertised.
The items were delivered but not the free gifts.
House of Fraser customer service do not want to know stating the free offer goods were out of stock.
However I receive emails daily offering the free gifts
I feel totally let down and frustrated at their attitude as there is no other avenue open to me to sort this out
