I bought £300 worth of clothes but I was really disappointed with the charge of delivery. One item was faulty and I returned it and it has now been a couple of days since then, I have not received any reply from you if you have received and on top of that I had to pay £5 for return postage, it is unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional.
