I bought a watch and paid next day delivery as it was for my sister’s birthday. The watch came next day but wasn’t what I ordered, there is no phone number for customer services so I had to email about the error. I requested a replacement ASAP to still arrive in time for the occasion.
I waited 3 days for a reply and when it came, the email asked only for me to send pictures of the watch so the error could be investigated, there was no apology or mention of a replacement although I specifically said this was a present that week.
I wasn’t impressed with the service and now also have to pay a return postage for the return which is also unusual
