Quality of goods recieved was excellent however the delivery from hermes was extremely poor in regards that the questions I posed to the driver regarding the delivery, weren't answered as he couldn't speak English and became quite aggressive towards me. While I understand it may not be a prerequisite to speak English it surely doesn't excuse aggession and rudeness, I have commented to hermes direct also but as of now would be unwilling to deal with any company who uses hermes as their delivery service
