Absolutely useless. Ordered a pair of trainers and some Calvin underwear for my wife
The trainers turned up with a stain on the front of them returned them now out of stock, got refund straight away to be fair
The underwear top was to small so sent it back for a larger size and they sent me a smaller size don’t think they can read the note on the return slip,
Will be returning that for a full refund and not shopping with house of Fraser ever again
