I wouldn’t recommend shopping with house of Fraser. Every order I’ve had has gone wrong and they have been so ridiculously slow to find a resolution. My most recent order they have blamed me for the wrong colour item arriving and are claiming that when you order something any colour can arrive. This is beyond a joke and shocking customer service and they’re so rude. Don’t shop here.
