I paid £7.99 for next day delivery, £8.98 to return the item because it was too small. Paid £5.99 to order the next size up. Which was standard delivery, which was delivered the next day. So why have to pay extra £2? This could have been avoided if the coat was sized correctly. I have a size 44 chest so ordered size large which said fits 42 to 44. Was way too small. I had to order xl which is supposed to be 46 to 48 chest. So a sale item I thought was a bargain ended up costing an extra £23. You would think items that are unsuitable would be free to return as no fault to the customer.
