WHAT A JOKE, Selfridges would never send items in the state you did. Even cheap highstreet stores have done better!! Can you please provide RETURNS LABEL so I can send this back to you and I expect my FULL 31.99 REFUND. First experience shopping online with you as I used to mainly do in the stores.
