I have been really disappointed with house of Fraser as I purchased 2 flat sheets, 2 fitted sheets & matching pillow cases cost of £130 which was light grey, it stated this on the packaging, but when I received them they are a taupe colour, no way are they grey at all as my bedroom colour is grey, so I contacted customer services to explain this as I’m not happy paying for it to be returned as I don’t think this was my fault as it is the wrong colour, and if it was grey I would of been keeping them. Its going to cost me a fortune to return this and was told I had received the right items so this was not possible.
