Disappointed that HoF charge for both delivery and for any returns of online orders. And charges aren’t cheap compared to other retailers either. Effectively, it cost me £10 to try on a pair of trousers that did not fit and return for a refund. I’m still trying to get the return postage costs refunded as per the Consumer Rights Act requirements
