I purchased a lovely coat and a very pretty dress the coat fitted perfectly but there was a button missing and whoever parcelled it did a terrible job the hanger was broken and the creases were really dreadful and when I parcelled it to return it looked a different coat altogether
The dress was lovely and buttoned down the front but whoever packed it left it all undone and it was a right mess rolled up in a ball
Your clothes are lovely but your staff need to do a much better job
