I don’t think I will be ordering from House of Fraser again, firstly the cheapest option for delivery is £4.99 and takes 3-4 days despite purchasing items over £100. Secondly, as I have to return most of these items, this will also be at my own cost, a recommended Royal Mail Registered which will no doubt cost at least the same again. Most organisations wouldn’t charge me £10+ for items that I am not keeping, so I would probably avoid HOF in the future.
