I ordered four King size sheets which arrived in King size packaging but when I opened them out they are all only double size.
I have returned them and asked for my original order.
I have had to repackage them, go to the post office and pay the return postage upfront. I understand to get a refund on this postage I have to scan the receipt and attach it to an email to customer services. I emailed customer services when I discovered the mistake and to date still haven't had a reply from them. very poor after sales service.
