I ordered three photo frames. One product was sent incorrectly and wasn't the product ordered. The glass in the frame was also smashed.
The other two frames look great and I'm really pleased with them.
Unfortunately it seems to be pot luck on the quality of the goods sent as this is the second time I have received a photo frame with broken and cracked glass. Other customers seem to have similar issues.
House of Fraser were very quick at replying to my complaint and refunding me my money so this is positive.
