House of Fraser not bad for delivery and returns, although returns a bit of a faff since no return form in package. The product though (men’s Diesel Yennox jeans) was dreadful and no where near the quality of Diesel that we’ve had before. Cheap and nasty and looked like seconds to me and were missing their original labels - a bit TK Maxx if you know what I mean.
