Poor quality polo shirts (Howick) shorts measuring different sizes to the size I ordered. £7.99 postage. Plus £5 to return the clothes is shocking and dreadful customer service. I will never buy from any organisation owned by Mike Ashley again. House of Fraser used to be an amazing company.
