I was sent a different item to the one I ordered twice, so there is something wrong with the process somewhere. Also takes too long to process returns.
Customer service was good though and I had the first exchange resolved quickly. Unfortunately I had to request a refund and have a feeling that won’t be so quick. I had to order the item elsewhere so have now paid twice.
Disappointed.
