I have never been an online shopper but during Covid have had no option. It seems to me that this is the most expensive way to shop and House of Fraser do not help in this regard. Goods ordered have postage added and if not suitable have to be returned by post, another charge!! So in the end it could cost £7/£8 extra to try on an item. Although if I really want something and I do love Biba dresses, I will not order clothes again.
