The item was poor to be honest. I had ordered walking boots and they were scratched on the front and the left boot had hard lumps inside. Not fit for purpose. Totally unlike House of Fraser. Also cost over £5 to return! Again totally unlike House of Fraser. I used to love HoF, not so much now.
