Bought a Tommy jeans essential puffer jacket for my wife’s birthday,the size guide is definitely inaccurate,she is a 14 in everything she wears,but she just about fit into a 16,I originally ordered a 14 as per size guide and it cost me £11 to return it(a bit much when the size was in accurate).Both original and return delivery was very quick,the coat is very good quality,so the only issues are size and having to pay for expensive return cost.
