I ordered a large number of items. HoF was efficient and I was sent parcel 1 in 2 days and parcel part 2 arrived in 4 days. Excellent packaging and the fragile items were well wrapped within the well wrapped overall package.
My earrings however were just thrown in at the bottom and that was disappointing.
