What happened since the take over?
Product descriptions online fail to give the most basic info such as how deep sheets are, or the size of a bag.
Orders get cancelled without info, being charged for shipping - even when collecting from store and you're note charged for returns.
On top of that the store now has awful sportswear in lost once wonderful furniture departments.
It's amazing quickly a great store can become the poorest experience of all...
