Ordered a Barbour top which had a smudged logo , contacted HOF over 2 weeks ago , whom have still not responded , I was querying having to pay to return faulty goods . I would have expected a returns reference for full traceability also but no .
Not what you expect I’ve sent these back with little hope of a refund of return carriage or the cost of the product !
