Very poor service. Paid for next day delivery & items didn’t arrive. Instead of refunding me my money I was given a code to use on my order - I think that’s cheeky, so I had to write requesting my monies be refunded.
Items finally arrived and 2 were faulty, I contacted customer service again for a pre paid label as I didn’t see why I should have to pay to return faulty goods, despite their promises to send this label I’m still waiting. I will think seriously about ever using HOF online services again. Thank goodness the shops are opening again soon.
