I ordered a Regatta coat from House of Fraser and shortly after realised that if I had ordered directly from Regatta the coat would have been half the price - entirely my own fault for not doing my homework before ordering, but what a rip off! I would have returned the item (House of Fraser do not allow cancellation of orderes once placed), but House of Fraser do not do free returns. So by the time I would have paid the delivery of two coats and the return of one, the cost and effort would not have been worth it. I will not be shopping with House of Fraser again.
