Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in retail and was told put the customer first! It was left to me to chase H&F , lost count of emails sent. Cannot speak directly with H&F that rather just send pre prepared email response! Pity you don’t train you staff in doing this , you obviously don’t believe in communicating with customers unless through a pre- prepared email. Click & send that’s how you respond!
