I know people should read the terms and conditions but after paying £5 delivery which in my opinion should be offered free over a certain amount spent or a little cheaper(my girlfriend sells vintage clothes and can get hermes delivery for £2.99 and she's small).anyway the delivery is what it is but.. its the returns making the customer pay for returns in a pandemic when the shop is not avaliable to visit so can try items on. We'll I just find it terrible in my opinion and greedy after charging that much delivery. Basically spent £9.20 to try my items on imagine them standing outside changing rooms and saying if you want to try that on its going to be £4.20.
