Terrible. I ordered a specific watch as a gift. It arrived, but the hands weren’t working. I checked that there was no tab to remove to start the battery - there wasn’t one. I checked to see if I could return for a replacement - I couldn’t - the watch I wanted had sold out. I have since paid £22 for a new battery and pressure test for the water resistant watch - which should have arrived in working order In the first place!! Appalling that HoF can supply an item that is not in working order. I will not be using HoF online again.
