House for Fraser give good service have quality clothes and quick delivery. The only complaint I have is the returns cost in my opinion when one pays for delivery and clothes don’t fit ( even when it says True To Size ) in the description, or items not as expected, I expect to be able to return those goods free of charge as it is very expensive when paying for delivery and also returns when trying to give them custom to keep open. I think they should charge once for delivery and have fee returns like most companies, other than heavy goods ie furniture etc.
